Creating Student Accounts (Spreadsheet Import)

Log into Learning Blade with a School Administrator Account


Click on STUDENTS:



Click on IMPORT RECORDS:



Click on Download Sample File to have a blank sample spreadsheet downloaded to your device. Use the columns in this spreadsheet to enter the required student information:



Add Student information to the sample spreadsheet and Save the file:




Upload the updated spreadsheet to Learning Blade:



The system will check the spreadsheet for errors, such as duplicate usernames and identify which accounts will import properly.


Click on IMPORT



Click on SAVE


The Summary alert window will indicate if the account creation process was successful:



Click OK


The newly created accounts will be displayed onscreen once the process is complete.
