If a student's account becomes locked after too many unsuccessful login attempts, teachers may unlock the account by assigning it a new password:
Log in to Learning Blade with your Teacher account and click on STUDENTS:
Click on the student's name n the list of students:
Click on EDIT:
Enter a new student password.
** Account passwords must be a least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one numeral and one special character.
Click on SAVE and then OK.
The student's password has been changed and the account is now unlocked.
