Resetting Student Bookmarks for Frozen or Stalled Lesson Pages

STEP 1

Click on STUDENTS

When logged in as a teacher, navigate to your list of students.

STEP 2

Click on MacDonald

Locate the student in the list whose lesson bookmark needs to be reset. Click on the student's

name in the list.

STEP 3

Click on Erase Bookmark.

STEP 4

Select the lesson.

In the popup window, check the box next to each lesson that needs to have its bookmark

reset.

If the lesson is not listed, then no bookmark information has been saved for that lesson. (Lesson

bookmarks are automatically reset when a student reaches the final page of a lesson, so you

may wish to double-check if the student has completed the lesson.)

STEP 5

Click on YES.

After clicking Yes, the bookmarks for all of the selected lessons will be reset and cleared so

the student will begin the lesson(s) at page 1, instead of the page they were previously on.
